The Texans played one game this past week on Friday against the Navarro Panthers (719). The Texans went on the road and dominated, winning 76-41 in a big must-win game to keep their playoff hopes in sight. Five Texan players finished the night with double digit points as Ethan Sharpe had the hot hand finishing with 23 points on just thirteen shots, Paul Gumbert followed up with 13 points, 11 rebounds and 9 assists in a near triple double. 02/07/2024 12:00 AM

Texans lose playoff bid to Bandera Bulldogs
On Tuesday, The Texans (15-11) traveled to Bandera to take on the Bulldogs (16-12) in a district matchup that saw the Wimberley Texans come up short, losing 62-47. This game moved the Bulldogs into the fourth place spot in districts and put the Texans in the fifth place spot. Only the top four teams advance to the playoffs. 01/31/2024 12:00 AM

Texan Boosters present check for $65,000
With support from parents, student-athletes, many business partners, and the Wimberley community, Wimberley Texan Athletic Booster Association was able to present Coach Warren, Coach DeMarco, and the rest of the entire athletic coaching staff a check for $65,000.
