Over the weekend Wimberley hosted their boys and girls varsity only Hoopfest tournament. Both of the Texans teams were able to make it to the championship game however both would come up short in the final game to take second place in the tournament.

2024 launches with a splash at Blue Hole

Two hundred and fifty hardy runners and more than 400 people attended the annual Polar Bear Plunge and 5K run on January 1 at Blue Hole. Enthusiasts were greeted with temperatures in the mid-forties at the 9 a.m. start of the race.
