The Hays County Commissioners Court officially approved a five-year contract with Neighborhood Defender Services, Inc. to provide indigent defense in Hays County.

Label 14, which refers to the River Road extension from Wayside Drive to RR 2325, was included on the previous plan in 2010, according to Mayor Pro Tem. Rebecca Minnick.
