On the heels of a successful fund-raising dinner and concert at the end of September, the Wimberley Valley Big Band will perform a free, family- friendly outdoor concert, aptly entitled “Groovin’ on the Square” from 5 to 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 7.

In the game on Tuesday, Sept. 26, the Lady Texans squared off with rival Navarro in a battle of stateranked teams and for sole possession of second place in the district standings.
