ROBERT F. PYLE

Dr. Robert F Pyle (85) of Wimberley, TX passed from this life on November 19, 2023, surrounded by his loving family.

Dr. Bob, as he was fondly known, was born to Forrest and Opal Pyle on October 21, 1938, in Arkansas City, Kansas. Dr. Pyle spent his school years there, graduating from Wichita State University and later went on to receive his doctorate in Psychology from the University of Northern Colorado.

Dr. Bob is survived by his wife, Lynda, his brother Ernie and his daughter Liesl. He also has two stepdaughters, Traci, and Amy, 6 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, a niece, and a nephew.

Bob was preceded in death by his parents and his daughter Brigitta.

Dr. Bob’s family hosted a Celebration of Life on Saturday, April 13 at 10 am at the Pavilion in Wimberley Blue Hole Regional Park. In lieu of flowers please consider donating to the charity of your choice on his behalf.
