Michael Richard “Mike” Bingham

Michael Richard Bingham (Mike) passed away peacefully at home in Gilbert, AZ on March 19, 2024 at the age of 77. He was born in Bozeman, MT on January 2, 1947 but spent most of his childhood in Emmett, ID where he became the MVP of the Emmett High School Huskies 1965 state basketball championship game. He went on to graduate from Boise State University with a degree in Economics and remained a lifelong BSUBroncos fan.

Mike spent over 50 years in commercial real estate and site acquisitions with Albertson’s, Wal-Mart, Marcus Corporation and most recently as an independent broker (BoxSites Development). He loved fishing, bird hunting, watching college football and basketball, reading and visiting with family and friends.

He is survived by his beloved children, Courtney Ann Bingham of Austin, TX and Michael Charles Bingham of McKinney, TX; two brothers, John Bingham (Jo) of Rigby, ID and Mark Bingham (Janet) of Seattle, WA, and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Alice Lenore and Golden Hansen Bingham, and siblings Joyce, Frank, Joan, Alice, Bruce, Margaret, and Katie. A Celebration of Life will take place this summer in Idaho.
