Property tax statements now available online
The November Constitutional Amendment election led to changes in property taxes that have delayed tax statements for the year, according to the Hays County Tax Assessor-Collector Jenifer O’Kane. The property tax statements are now available to view online at tax.co.hays.tx.us and will become delinquent on Feb. 1. O’Kane issued this statement on Dec. 14 to explain the reason for the delay. 01/03/2024 12:00 AM

WHS Senior Caden Romo to be Air Force Falcon
Wimberley HS senior Caden Romo signed a National Letter of Intent on December 20th at a ceremony at WHS’s Texan Gym to continue his playing career at the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Flanked by his immediate family, and cheered on by scores of other family members and many of his Texan teammates, Romo made official a verbal commitment he gave to the Falcons back in June. 12/27/2023 12:00 AM
