This Saturday marks the last Wimberley Market Day for 2022.
The year’s last market will take place on Saturday, Dec. 3, before the market opens again in March of 2023. Christmas will be the focus of this final event, which is organized by the Wimberley Lions Club.
The festive fun at Lions Field includes live music starting at 11 a.m. until approximately 1 p.m. Movin’ Melvin Brown headlines the Pavilion stage, Cheyenne Saenz plays at the Shady Grove stage and Monte Good plays at the Hilltop stage.
Wimberley Market Day is held on the first Saturday of each month, rain or shine. December’s shopping hours are from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Lions Field off FM 2325, about a mile from the Wimberley Square.
The $5.00 donation accepted at the Lions Club’s parking lots funds the various grants and scholarships distributed by the Wimberley Lions Club. For more information, follow them on Facebook at Wimberley Market Days.
