Richard F. Clark, 58, of Driftwood, was arrested for indecent exposure following an incident in the parking lot of the Wimberley Village Library. As of the afternoon of April 17, Clark was being held in the Hays County Jail on a $5,000 bond.
According to a press release from the Hays County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to the Wimberley Village Library on Mar. 27, after receiving calls about a man engaging in inappropriate sexual behavior in the parking lot. Deputies located the vehicle and identified Clark as the driver.
“At that time, there was not enough evidence to support an immediate arrest, so Clark was released,” according to the release.
The initial reports were forwarded to the Hays County Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigations Division for further review. Following an investigation, the findings were presented to the District Attorney’s Office, and an arrest warrant for Clark was issued.
