The Wimberley Community Civic Club’s unique Tablescapes competition takes place again this year April 30, at the Vintage Oaks Farm in Driftwood. The Tablescapes show and raffle has proven to attract stylists to set the most appealing table.
Competing this year are The Love Your Space Place, The Village Store, Vintage Oaks Farm, The Wimberley Players, Victorious You, the Civic Club and five other teams. The entire contents of one special table will be raffled off for the winner to take home.
Guests will be treated to wine, Prosecco, delicious hors d’oeuvres and sweets as they browse the table top creations and vote for their favorites.
“We think you’ll enjoy this happy hour in a beautiful setting and find inspiration for your own tablescape design,” says WCCC president Becky Williams.
The event takes place from 4 to 6 p.m. Tickets are available at Wimberleyccc. org. Raffle tickets are available for purchase at the event. Vintage Oaks Farm is located at 400 Limestone Lane in Driftwood.
Civic Club events support the Wimberley Valley area through grants and scholarships. Last year, the organization granted $40,100 to 28 local organizations and awarded $26,900 in scholarships to nine high school graduates.
