The City of Wimberley announced on Monday that TxDOT is scheduled to pave widened areas and perform pavement repair on the existing right-of-way on RM 3237 at Flite Acres Road and at Rogers Road.
During day-time operations, RM 3237 in these locations will be reduced to one lane with one-way traffic control in place. The lane closures will continue through Friday afternoon, January 31 at 3 p.m., weather permitting, and will alternate between the north and side sides of the roadway at Flite Acres Road, on the north side of Rogers Road, and on the south side of Rogers Road as work progresses. A pilot car will maintain traffic flow in the open lane. Access to all driveways within the work zones associated with these lane closures will be maintained.
Travelers are asked to drive with caution and watch for construction workers and equipment entering and exiting the work areas. The attached map shows the location of the lane closures and one-way traffic control.
