With their eyes on the future, the Watershed Association has joined forces with the One Village Project, part of the Institute for Emerging Visionaries, to offer a five-day immersive experience for environmental leaders. Called the Emerging Visionary Incubator, the educational model develops young people, aged 20 to 30, to face the unprecedented challenges of our time.
The deadline to apply, February 1, is approaching.
Participants will attend a five day residential retreat in Wimberley, March 13 to 18, led by mentors committed to environmental preservation and humanitarian service.
The cost to attend is $1500. Tuition includes five days room and board, transportation to and from extracurricular activities, and program materials. Interested citizens may sponsor participants.
