The Messina Inn, in partnership with the EmilyAnn Theatre Trail of Lights, presents a Treasure Hunt, December 7, 14 and 21, from noon to 5 p.m.
Discover Holiday and Tuscan-style Treasures and win prizes at the Italian-inspired inn, 1000 Cypress Creek Lane. Anyone can participate. Pick up a treasure map at the Messina Inn mailbox inside the pool area, or at the EmilyAnn Trail of Lights Messina Inn exhibit to hunt.
Win prizes by submitting a completed map in person to a staff member at Messina Inn or by sending it to info@messinainntx. com, or scan the QR code on the map for a digital upload.
Participants can also post a selfie of at least one of the treasures listed on the Treasure Hunt on their Facebook or Instagram accounts. Tag Messina Inn (@ MessinaInnTX) and be entered into a separate drawing for a prize for the most creative selfie each weekend.
The Grand Prize drawing for treasure hunters who find and mark all items on the map include an Italian dinner for two at Lisina Trattoria in Driftwood.
Weekly prize drawings for uploaded selfies include two wine tasting tickets to Wimberley Valley Winery, two brewery tasting tickets to Lone Man Mountain Brewing Co., two $100 gift certificates toward a stay at Messina Inn, or two passes to Messina pool and sauna.
Complementary Hot Chocolate and Hot Apple Cider is part of the fun. Winners will be announced and notified by Jan 1. Call 512-8476000 for more details.
