A brand new Hill Country Home Companion, a special live-radio event, returns to The Wimberley Players stage December 29 and 30 at 7 p.m. and promises to kick off the New Year on a high note.
Due to popular demand, The Players are presenting not one, but two performances of “A Hill Country Home Companion” this year. An expanded lineup of sketches and original music by talented local playwrights and musicians includes favorites like Guy Noir Jr., Private Eye; Life in the Checkout Line; The Jazz Messenger Boys and other great bits.
This unique performance showcases the humor, heart and delightful quirks of life in the Texas Hill Country. Add original live-radio magic, bubbly champagne and delicious food and you have The Wimberley Player’s annual fundraiser, too. Tickets are $95 and going fast.
