Tickets for the upcoming performance of Jack Wright’s Neil Diamond Superstar tribute show at the Wimberley Players sold out so quickly that they’ve added an additional performance on September 19. Shows are now September 17, 18, and 19.
Wright’s highly acclaimed national touring production, NEIL DIAMOND SUPERSTAR, brings together the passionate ballads, soaring anthems and high-energy rock ‘n roll that encompass Neil’s five decades of superstar performances.
His performance is the complete opposite of the Vegas-style impersonator. There’s no over-the-top mimicry or posturing, just a respectful, honest presentation of Neil Diamond’s life and music. The show is filled with charming audience interaction, engaging storytelling, interesting song explanations, and nostalgic fan-favorite hits, supported by captivating multimedia imagery.
Tickets are $40 per person and are available at wimberleyplayers. org. Note: front row disability seats are available for purchase for sold out shows. Doors open at 6 p.m. and the show begins at 7 p.m. The Wimberley Players is located at 150 Old Kyle Rd.
