The Civic Club will present its second Tablescapes Showcase May 1, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., at Vintage Oaks Farm in Driftwood.
Creative tablescapes on a variety of themes utilizing fabrics, dinnerware, glassware, natural and antique objects, as well as other items will be on display. Designs will be provided by ten teams including entries by Vintage Oaks Farm and Messina Inn. The showcase will culminate in a raffle of one of the top table designs to raise money for Wimberley area non-profits and scholarships for graduating high school seniors.
“We look forward to sharing the creativity of our table top designers while enjoying a happy hour with the music of Stanley Albert, on the beautiful grounds of Vintage Oaks Farm,” said Civic Club president Becky Selman.
Tickets for the event are available online at wimberleyccc. org. Raffle tickets for one table top design will be sold at the event.
Wimberley Community Civic Club is dedicated to supporting the Wimberley Valley area through grants and scholarships. Last year the organization granted $53,000 to 26 local organizations and $22,000 to 8 high school graduates. All proceeds from the Tablescapes event will help support the community.
