Shakespeare in Love opens at the Wimberley Playhouse this Friday and continues through March 17. Performances are 7:30 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays, and 2 p.m. on Sundays.

Free tax help for seniors is available every Friday from Feb. 2 to April 12, 12:30 to 2:50 p.m. at the Wimberley Senior Center, located in the Wimberley Community Center. February 25
A fundraiser to benefit King Feed will be held February 25, from 2 to 4:00 p.m. at the Wimberley Community Center. In partnership with the Wimberley Parks and Recreation Department, sound workers, healers, and wellness practitioners will lead participants in an hour-long healing event. Suggested donation is $20. All donations go directly to King Feed. The community center is located at 14068 RR12.
February 29
A comedy show, Outlaws in the Opera House Comedy Showcase, Volume 3, will be held from 7:30 to 9 p.m. at 7A Ranch in the Opera House. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. Snacks, beer, wine and canned cocktails available for purchase. For ages 18 and up. General Admission tickets are $15, online or at the door. The Adult Craft LAB is a year-round tinker and craft program for adults 18 and up organized by the Wimberley Valley Library. Classes are held via Zoom on Wednesdays from 6 to 8 p.m.
Farmers and Artisan market, a community-based endeavor, specializes in fresh foods from growers and welcomes art, craft and other vendors. Thursdays from 2 to 6 p.m. at the Cowboy Church, 120 Green Acres Dr. The Wimberley Valley Museum located in the historic Winters-Wimberley House, 14068 Ranch Rd 12, is open for visitors on Fridays, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m, and on the first Friday and Saturday of the month from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. For information, go to wimwic.org.
