The Wimberley Valley Chamber of Commerce is hosting a State-of-the-Eclipse luncheon February 21, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Wimberley Community Center.
The luncheon will feature a panel discussion by Mayor Gina Fulkerson; Mike Jones, Hays County Management Director; Dawn Davies, Hill Country Alliance Night Sky Program Manager; and Ted Gartner, City of Wimberley Public Relations and Community Liaison.

The information will include how to prepare your business for additional visitors to Wimberley, traffic gridlock, overloaded communication infrastructure and other pertinent topics. The event will include a question and answer session.
Eclipse glasses will be available for purchase at the luncheon as well as at the Chamber office.
Lunch is by Kelly’s Hill Country BBQ and the cost to attend is $25 for Chamber members and $30 for non-Chamber members. The deadline to register is February 15.
