The 4th Degree Knights of Columbus are facing cold weather this week to put up reminder banners announcing their annual Mardi Gras Casino Night. The Mardi Gras Casino Night is Saturday, February 3, from 6 to 10 p.m. at St. Mary’s Parish Activity Center, 14711 Ranch Road 12. Casino Gaming, dinner, dessert, open bar and prize drawings are all part of the fun. Beneficiaries of the Casino Night event are the Wimberley Valley Emergency Responders for their Appreciation Luncheon held on March 21.
