In the third quarter the Texans started getting good looks and taking advantage of them. As their three point shots started falling they cut into the lead tying it up early in the third at 19 a piece and then eventually taking the lead later on in the third giving themselves a 40-32 lead going into the 4th quarter lead as both teams started heating up as they doubled their first half points. In the 4th the Texans struggled offensively again as they were only able to add 6 points in the fourth which was not enough to hold off Canyon Lake as they scored 15 in the fourth quarter to take the game 47-46 in a one point barnburner.
