More than 150 fashionistas attended the Wimberley Civic Club’s Sip, See and Shop style show last week at the Community Center.
The event was organized by Becky Selman, WCCC President, Melinda Miller, Karen Thormalen, and Nancy Robertson. Musical ambience was provided by Ken Strange, who emceed the event. Fifteen volunteers modeled fashions in four categories from area boutiques and vendors: Annie James, Cedar Chest, Felix T. Jacks Men’s Haberdashery, Gracious Ladies, Jeanne’s Fashions, My Happy Place, The River House, Texaholic, The Traveling Kind, Two P’s & Calli’s, Vintage Lily, Wall Street Western, Wildflower, The Love Your Space Place, The Med Spa and The Pepper Project.
The style show was arranged and narrated by Trish Rigdon, chair of WCCC’s Donations Committee, and stylish refreshments were catered by Miss Red’s.
“Thank you to everyone who came out and supported our Style Show Market. A special thanks to all the local vendors who provided fashion and exceptional shopping,” said WCCC President Becky Selman.
