21st Annual Turkeys on 12 fundraiser

Crisis Bread Basket and Ozona Bank are collecting donations to help feed a family at thanksgiving. Ozona will match up to $5,000 in community donations. Donate Nov. 1 - 30 at Ozona Bank lobby or drive thru; Crisis Bread Basket pantry Check Drop Off; or online at crisisbreadbasket.org.

Red, White & Luau

4 to 7 p.m. at Henson Square behind the Wimberley Square. Live music by Jesse Stratton, shopping at Wildflower and Texaholic, beverages at The Social. Benefits the Wimberley High School Marching Band’s trip to Hawaii to represent Texas in the Vietnam Veterans Day Parade.

VFW BBQ Lunch

For veterans and their families, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Post #6441, Jacobs Well Rd. Service and assistance organizations will be available to assist veterans, family members and survivors. Information at 512 923-1587 or [email protected].

Habitat for Humanity House #23 Build

8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., at 36 Persimmon Drive. Open to the public age 16 and older with any skill set. No registration required. Wear sturdy, sliced-toe shoes and bring a hammer and gloves. Carpooling is encouraged. Safety protocols and free online training course at wimberleyhabitat.org.

Bicycle Ride to End ALZ.

Participants are fully supported with rest stops, SAG vehicles, expanded safety precautions and post-ride party with catered lunch. Sign up to ride or volunteer at alz.org/ride.

Pitzer’s Fine Arts 45th Anniversary

1 to 7 p.m. at 13909 RR12. Gerald Balciar sculpture demonstration 1 to 4 p.m. Meet artists 1 to 7 p.m.

WEEKLY EVENTS Adult Craft LAB with Wimberley Library

Adult Craft LAB is a year-round tinker and craft program for adults 18+. Classes are held virtually via Zoom on Wednesdays from 6 to 8 p.m. Supply kits are free and included with each class.

Farmers and Artisan Market

The Farmers & Artisan Market is a community-based event specializing in fresh foods from growers. The market welcomes a variety of vendors with crafts, art and more. Join Thursdays from 2 to 6 p.m. at The Cowboy Church.

Wimberley Valley Museum

The Wimberley Valley Museum, located in the Winters-Wimberley House, is open for visitors every Friday from 1 to 4 p.m. and on the first weekend of each month from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. (Friday and Saturday).
