Wimberley High School celebrated its annual Homecoming gameday and festivities over the weekend, securing a win for the Texan football team and crowning its court for the 2023–2024 school year.
The crowning of the Homecoming Court took place during the home football game against Lampasas High School on Friday, Sept. 22 at 7:30 p.m. Among the members recognized were Homecoming Queen and King Risa Espinoza and Caden Romo. Other members of the court included Ace Gonzales, Ziah Tashnek, JD Wilkes, Lea Martin, Aidan Archer and Isabella Franchione.
Continuing the spirit of celebration, the Texans sent their opponents packing. Packed bleachers and loud supporters throughout the competitive game helped the team land a solid final score of 41-20.
