Woodcreek has a second “little library,” thanks to the generosity of one local family.

Kenneth, Ellen and Greg Posey of Hill Country Spirits donated a Little Free Library to the city of Woodcreek last month. The new installation is in the green space on Par View Lane. Woodcreek has another Little Free Library at City Hall, located at 41 Champions Circle.

Little Free Libraries are available to the public for sharing books. All are welcome to donate and adopt any and all books within the boxes.

Little Free Library is a nonprofit based in St. Paul, MN.

“Our mission is to be a catalyst for building community, inspiring readers, and expanding book access for all through a global network of volunteer-led Little Free Library book-exchange boxes,” its website reads. “We believe all people are empowered when the opportunity to discover a personally relevant book to read is not limited by time, space, or privilege.”
