Inland Title of Texas celebrated the opening of their new office in the Wimberley Medical Center with a ribbon cutting last week, sponsored by the Wimberley Valley Chamber of Commerce.
Inland Title of Texas is a Title Insurance Company servicing the State of Texas and providing title insurance for resale transactions, construction lending and loan refinances. The celebration of their new office took place on Jan. 18 at their new location, following their recent move from Dripping Springs.
“We offer title insurance, which can protect you against claims of other ownership, unpaid property taxes, fraud, or forgery of paperwork,” President Carla Krafka said. “Once your property is under contract or your loan is approved, Inland Title of Texas’s Title Examiner, Eric Jackson and his team will search your property for potential claims against title and work with the parties to ensure any issues have been resolved before you close.”
Krafka grew up in Wimberley and said she is excited to be able to offer title services in the area.
