The city of Woodcreek officially has a new city council and city manager after holding an Oath of Office Ceremony this past week.

The swearing-in ceremony and reception held on Thursday, Dec. 1 at Camp Young Judaea welcomed Linnea R. Bailey, Chrys Grummert and Bob Hambrick to council. It also recognized outgoing council members: Councilman Joe Kotarba and Mayor Pro Tem Aurora F. LeBrun (the latter of which could not attend due to illness).

The new city staffers and councilmembers were administered the oath of office by the Justice of the Peace for Precinct 3, Andrew Cable. Other local government officials and staffers in attendance included Wimberley Mayor Pro Tem Rebecca Minnick and Wimberley City Manager Tim Patek.

The Woodcreek 2022–2024 City Council is comprised of the following individuals: Mayor Jeff Rasco, Linnea R. Bailey, Chrys Grummert, Bob Hambrick, Debra Hines and Brent H. Pulley.
