Texas Style Giving, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, and the Wimberley Texan Athletic Booster Association, also a 501(c)3, are hosting their first Love Like Logan: L3 Benefit on Friday, March 3, 2023, from 6-10 p.m. at the Messina Inn.
This event will feature a chef-prepared, fourcourse dinner by Executive Chef Rachel Emry of Blanco Brew and cocktails, live music and performances, dancing, live and silent auctions, and an opportunity to spend time with other Wimberley community members.
Logan William Overall, a student of Wimberley ISD, passed away suddenly on April 14, 2020. His life impacted the lives of people of all ages in the community.
“Our goal is to light a torch in the name of Logan Overall by awarding scholarships for WISD graduates to further education,” explains L3 Committee leader Tony Maxwell, DC. “Logan’s heart was the size of Texas, and the legacy of his heart is in helping WISD students to further their education. The L3 Benefit and Scholarship program cannot succeed without the goodwill, hard work, and financial support of individuals and businesses. We hope you will consider being a sponsor and/or donating a silent auction item for this great event. Let’s Love Like Logan together!”
