Love Like Logan Benefit

Texas Style Giving and the Wimberley Texan Athletic Booster Association is holding its second annual “Love Like Logan: L3 Benefit” on March 2, from 6 to 10 p.m. at the Messina Inn, 1000 Cypress Creek Ln.

Hosted by Ken Strange, the event will feature a fivecourse dinner, paired cocktails, dancing and live music by Heather Wiley and friends, and both a live and silent auction. Dinner will be prepared by the TSG Executive culinary team led by Chef Rachel Emry of My Chef DuJour.

The Benefit seeks to raise funds for the Texas Style Giving “Love Like Logan: L3 Scholarship” in memory of Logan William Overall, whose life ended prematurely in the spring of 2020.

Each year, the L3 Memorial Scholarship is awarded to deserving students who exemplify the qualities embodied by its namesake. Eligible candidates must demonstrate academic excellence, leadership potential and a commitment to community service. In its inaugural year, 14 graduating students were awarded a total of $37,500 for higher education expenses. The Texas Style Giving organization is a 501(C)3 non-profit.
