Migratory Bird Day Seminar, Wimberley Community Center, 14068 RR 12, 9 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Presented by Wimberley Parks and Recreation, the seminar is geared toward newcomers and avid birders interested in learning about the phenomenal migration process and important ways to help them. The event is Wimberley’s official celebration of becoming Bird City Certified. $15 per person. Kids under 12 are free. Registration required at wimberleyparksandrec. com.

Wimberley Garden Club holds its 26th Annual Spring Garden Tour, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. The self-guided tour highlights five diverse properties: two local farms, two family properties restored after the 2015 Memorial Day flood, and a homestead. The tour includes a plant sale with Master Gardeners, Master Naturalists and Garden Club members standing by to help with advice, art from Wimberley Valley Art League artists and live music. Tickets are $20 per person the day of the tour beginning at 7:30 a.m. at the Wimberley Visitor Center, 14100 RR12, or online at wimberleygardenclub. org in advance.

Rolling Oaks Music Festival, 1031 Lonesome Trail, Driftwood, Saturday, noon to 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Driftwood. The family-friendly event offers free music and sells tickets for barbecue on Saturday, May 11, and a pancake brunch on Sunday. Adult meals are $15 and children’s plates are $7. Soft drinks and home-prepared desserts will be available at varying prices.

Performers are NG3, Him and Her, The Ghost Jam, Mike Bond, Three Top Mountain, Patrick Green, Steve Wood and others. Proceeds go toward the maintenance and operation of the Rolling Oaks Club.

Wimberley Roundtable hosts “Water: Living in Stage 5,” Wimberley United Methodist Church, 1200 CR1492, 6:30-8 p.m. Panel discusses what takes place when Stage 5 water restrictions are imposed.

Panelists include Hays County Commissioner Walt Smith; Linda Kaye Rogers, Hays-Trinity Groundwater Conservation District board; Marshall Jennings, former Asst.

Director Edwards Aquifer Research Data Ctr., hydrogeologist, and retired Texas State University faculty member; Chris Elliott, a concerned well-owner in Rolling Oaks; and Dan Pickens, former board member of the Barton Springs Edwards Aquifer Conservation District. Public invited. No charge.

Wimberley Library’s Adult Craft LAB is a year-round tinker and craft program for adults 18 and up. Classes are held via Zoom on Wednesdays from 6 to 8 p.m.

Farmers and Artisan market meets Thursdays from 2 to 6 p.m. at the Cowboy Church, 120 Green Acres Drive. Fresh foods from growers, arts, crafts and other vendors.
